Flat shipping fee on your location:

- Continental United States: starting at $5.95 (Good news: you can enter code "USA" when checking out for Free Shipping all US orders)

- Canada, United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand: starting at $8.95

- European Union countries (other than United Kingdom): starting at $9.95

- Other countries: starting at $17.95 

 

Estimated Delivery Time:

To estimate when you can expect your order, please refer to the time frame below. It includes our most popular products and these following time periods:
- Production time: The time when your order waits in production queue until being produced.
- Shipping time: From the time package is handed over to the delivery company to when it arrives at its destination.
In addition, if your order is personalized and/or needs adjustment, it may take a few days for our designer to create a complete art file. Design time will depend on adjustment (more or less, easy or difficult) can be from 1-5 days or more.

Note: 

- In peak season, your parcel may arrive late than expected delivery. We're so sorry for this inconvenience and hope that you can understand for us.

- All of our products are Made In USA.

- Production Time: 1 - 3 days

- Shipping Time: 5 - 7 days

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. 

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.

 

Who do I contact if I have a problem with shipping?

If you have a problem with your shipment, such as not receiving a package that has been marked as delivered on the tracking info provided, please contact the shipping carrier and they will be able to further assist you. We are not responsible for the delivery of packages after we ship them from our site. After ordering please make sure the address you provide is accurate. We do not reship or refund orders due to wrong addresses.

 

What should I do if my order was never delivered? 

If you receive an email that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, then please email us and we will assist you. Any "Unreceived package" claims must be made within 30 days of the date that you were notified that it was delivered. Any claims after the 30 day period will not be accepted.
