Our product is highly personalized base on each customer.

Before printing, we will send you our draft design. We support unlimited edit/modification of the draft design. If you still not satisfy after all of our work, you can request refund 100% guaranteed. Customer satisfaction is one of our pleasure and we always endeavour to make sure you're happy with the final masterpiece.

However, we do not offer refunds after you approved the draft design, and the item is printed and shipped.

KutePaw is not responsible for customer generated mistakes, errors or defects including spelling, typographical or grammatical errors, order quantity or other ordering errors. Please be sure to preview your order carefully before placing your order.

Please be aware that if you attach low quality photos you will result in low quality artwork. Please always follow our Photo Guide, we cannot offer any solution if you ignore our recommendations. We do allow for notes to be added to orders in case you have anything to let us know about. 

Please note that all examples on site were made from high quality, high resolution photos. Our artists will create a custom piece of art based on a photo you submit with your order. The best photo to submit would be showing your pet sitting upright or standing. Be sure to provide a close-up, high quality picture of your pet. So, low quality photos will not allow our design team to produce the high quality finish you see on site.

Damaged Product / Manufacturers Defect :

If the product arrives damaged. Whether due to shipping or a manufacturer’s defect, we will honor a 100% full refund or exchange.


Not As Described :

If the product arrives and the customer can prove that it does not match up with the product description, we will honor a return for a full refund or exchange for a different item.


Product Lost in Transit :

If the product doesn't arrive because it is lost in transit, then we will immediately reship the product for you! Please make sure the address you provide is correct and accurate as we can only do reshipment in case of a wrong address if the shipping fee is paid by the customer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

  • Processing time USUALLY takes 1-3 business days.
